ARTIST STATEMENT

 

I am an art lover and an art maker.

I draw inspiration from cultures, myths and

folklore as well as from contemporary life.

 

Art is essential and universal.

Art is how we dress.

Art is how we feel about ourselves and each other.

Art is how we communicate.

Art is how we walk, move and dance.

 

We make art, when we:

Respect, appreciate, support, love each other.

Making art is the most life affirming thing I do.
